Different types of programs are being offered by the different organizations for the development of Ethical Competent Leaders. As we know that both the internal and external factors influence us and for having the effective management of different issues the best resources are required to be identified. A person can have the suitable chance with the help of ethical leadership to accomplish both the personal and professional objectives. We interact with various individuals each time thus there is a requirement of finding the effective manners by which we can use our skills and abilities to manage these individuals.
According to the reports of Business Insider, the ethical leaders are the source of motivation for the manpower and they also manage the conflicts in the organization quite well. It is the responsibility of the organizations to adopt the ethical rules and processes and for doing so the organizations need to support these kinds of ethical leaders. At present, the concept of an ethical leader is being given a lot of significance by the leading business organization and particularly to the transformed leaders. New and ethical plans can be formulated in a fast manner but for the execution of these ideas on the correct time, there will be the requirements of ethical leaders. Followers get inspiration from the ethical leaders and the leaders provide guidance to the followers for effectively managing the various issues and accomplishing the organizational goals and objectives. During the examination of Enron Scandal, it is found that various issues were faced by the organization. Ethical laws and practices were avoided by the company. The cultural dimension related to each individual has to be analyzed by the leaders for attaining the goals and objectives.
Because of globalization and other emerging patterns, the person has to communicate with the others having a varied background and cultural differences and thus the importance of intercultural communication strategies and methods becomes more crucial. This can be further boosted by the support from ethical leaders. Attracting and retaining the customers is quite tough for the organizations and thus it requires the application of ethical values while dealing with customers and manpower. This can be accomplished with the help of ethical leaders.
