social media is a good equipment to promote the brand and the
products. With the help of famous social media like Facebook,
Instagram, and others, the organization and its employees can
easily facilitate their marketing activities. Moreover, the human
resource department can use social media as a weapon to search for
capable candidates for their organization. They can conduct market
research and focus on selective groups to understand the demands of

Social media also has some negative impact on the organization.
