Cloud is a network server which provides you to manage your data or personal things like videos, photos, important files and many more which will be store into it . Your all data will be secure in this no one can touch your data and also it will remain in the cloud for life time until and unless you do not do anything with that. If your computer gets crash or format itself it does not effect your cloud data so its a very secure platform.

SAAS:- Its abbreviation is Software as a service. This stage comes after IAAS(infrastructure as a service) where the infra is design that how it gonna be design the software and collecting the requirements and second is PAAS(platform as a service) where platform is decided that in this technology its going to be made and after that this is stage comes where a user gets to know about the software by using it by themselves. In this stage the software deploy into the internet where user can easily use that software and the maintenance team time to time check whether the software is working perfectly or not and also checks the user feedback about the software if user wants any changes in the software so they look after their problem and solve it.

ASP:- Application service provider is the type of company which gives the individual and enterprises access to applications and the related service over the internet. This is a delivery model where a customer purchase the software and pays an ASP to host and maintain it. ASP were only focused in small enterprises and individual and provide the application access service to them and they charge according to their licence basis whether the user took their service for monthly basis or yearly basis.Software as a service(Saas) had also providing the same service to the customer in large amount but to the large company but ASP not only for  smaller company with low budget for information technology but also its exploring their service to lager company and increase the idea of outsourcing their information technology(IT). Their service were expensive earlier for specialized application to install and maintain it. Basically the application software resides on vendor's system and it accessed by user through web browser using HTML. The best thing about the ASP is that software automatically upgrades and it happens frequently and also ASP agrees to provide the technical support and security for its software with the fast network connection they have.

It has some disadvantage as well as every coin has two sides that a client has to rely on provider to provide the critical business function , therefore they are kimiting their control of that function and rely totally on provider. If there changes in ASP market than it may result that it can changes in the type of or level of service available to client.
