Global issues reproductive rights (health issues) is an

part of health ministery work area which works upon the National Government.

Health issues definition lies upon under many circumstances and different viewpoints for different countries so the best approach for this is nationalist(patriotic).

This is because Globalist approach consider every country with same problem and with same solutions. But on the ground level this is actually not so. Their is different situation and problems in different countries that why the nationalist approach is best.

We can understand this as political parties includes local leaders for their election campaigns in different area. They do so because local leaders knows about the different problems,weakness and positivity.

In this case also nationalist knows the reality on ground level.

This is why for health issues nationalist (patriotic) is best approach.
