Quality system model:

Quality system models are a process or techniques followed in order to eliminate errors, streamline management process, train employees and improve customer experience in order to run a successful business.

6 building blocks of the quality system model:

1. Management Intervention: The first and the foremost building block is the Management’s commitment to quality, wherein the top management has to be serious about implementing Quality Management with full effort and also provide resources to continue this program.

2. Quality Measurement System: The next element which needs to be considered is the measurement of quality which involves finding out the current quality levels and what are the quality levels the organization aspires for.

3. Training : Proper training programs have to be conducted to the employees in order to create awareness about TQM and the use of its concepts and techniques.

4. Customer oriented: Customer is the key success for any business and hence their needs has to be met with differentiated high quality products/Services.

5. Quality tools: Another element to build this concept would be to set tools to measure the current level of quality and suggestions to improve the same.

6. Continuous improvements: In order to stay and compete in the challenging market any organization has to focus on innovations and improvements as one of the important building blocks of the quality system model
