Old fashion dualism refers to the separation of man and women based on their physical strength, mental alertness and social roles that were defined by the culture and religion. This has caused the fall of women and kept them under the clutches of men for a very long period.

Dominant paradigm refers to the values, systems, life style of people in a particular area at a given point of time which is shaped mostly by the cultural, religious and economical influences of that time. The political, economic and social phenomena affects the way a society functions and shapes its behaviors and attitudes. For example, the life of 20th century Americans differ from the 21st century Americans and it would further change in the forthcoming days.
