1.TCA was first established in US made into law by the President Barack Obama on June 22,2009 and it give the Food and drug administration to regulate the tobacco industry.

2.The goals are mainly aimed at reducing initiation of tobacco product use,reduction of the harmful effects of tobacco products,tries to encourage stoppage of tobacco product among its users.

3.The other types of policies to regulate the retail environment for tobacco can result in decreasing tobacco retailer density,increasing tobacco product prices through non-tax approaches and extend laws that pertain to cigarettes to all tobacco and other products.

4.TCA work to control tobacco use by issuing regulations on marketing,taking enforcement action for notations of TCA and implementation of tobacco prevention regulations.It also aims to promote new tobacco product standards to protect public health.

5.The packaging and labelling of tobacco products should always carry statutory warnings which describes the harmful effects of tobacco use.It should be approved by the national authority ,be rotating,in large clear ,visible and legible.It must include form of or include pictures or pic to grams.
