Briefly explain how business and government represent a clash of ethical systems (belief systems). With which do you find yourself identifying most? Explain. With which would most business students identify? Explain.
The businesses and government represent a clash of ethical system i.e. collective ethic of government versus the individualistic ethic of business. The businesses have often argued that the rules and regulations are set by government policy makers who lack the understanding of the business and on the other hand the government often blames the businesses for societies concern.
In general, the government policy makers will make the safe and happy regulations that will be for the welfare for the entire society and promoting the economic growth. However for the business students the individualistic interest in the ethical system is a priority. An independent approach by business students looks to place the people privileges over gathering benefits, and along these lines bolsters the benefits for the intention of their business. The business students would put best efforts to bring the company to the top because it will be beneficial for their career and provide them with higher salary packages. There must be a proper coordination between both the ethical system for the benefits of current organizations and society as a whole
