A. Avoiding bad habits such as alcoholism and smocking is important and good practice while preparing for the pregnancy.
She decided to breast feed the child. Which is really essential and nutritious for the baby to grow.

Swimming is a good exercise in pregnancy, as the water helps to support the extra weight. This can be a huge relief, especially in the third trimester.
