The difference between normal lay person and specialist was keen vision and knowledge becaouse expert can see what layman canot see .All these advanced practice roles are obtained by having educated mind at superficial level
And also educational programs preparing nursing practitionars should had formal recognition with formal licensure system registration and certification.

one sholud learn till death for to have a healthy sound mind.Advanced nurses follows this by learning daily by integrating research,education in thier practice and they expose hiked autonomy in profession with independent practice.
In thier practice it includes skills which are advanced like (health assesment,quick and smart decisions etc)and had sharp mind set to plan ,implement and evaluate programs in thier own advanced style.

they are governing body with authority for right to diagnose ,to presribe treatment,medication,admit patients to hospital.
They had their legilisation to protect their identity and title 'nurse practitionar'and other regulatory bodies which helps in their growth and sustainability.
