The research pertains to gain knowledge about the big pharmaceutical companies, their responsibilities and ethical ways to conduct business.

* As we know medicines are the nerves of mankind. Without medicines, human life will be more tragic and unbearable, many new diseases appears and vanishes from time to time. some are pandemic and some are minor like a headache.

* Pharmaceuticals company plays an important role in the welfare of mankind, to combat diseases and to make a healthy life again.

The Problem

* The problem starts when big pharmaceuticals charge more on life-saving drugs. to excel in their profit margin in the market.

* Due to the rising price of medicines, the poor can't afford even basic drugs for the fever or common cold.

*As the company grows and their reputation boosts, big pharmaceutical companies raise the price of basic drugs. and this gesture is unethical in a way that we as human beings should take care of other humans as we live in the same society.

*Many times poor return with empty hands and without a cure, as the big and reputed companies are filling their pockets.

THE ETHICAL CODE (and the big pharmaceutical company)

* The ethics says, we should do fair business practices so that no poor or marginalized person left behind.

* But the companies are not playing fair. Companies are in a hoax race for trading their medicines at higher rates.

* Being unethical, doesn't scare them because if these companies cared about being unethical, then they would be left behind in the hoax race.

CURRENT SITUATION AND ETHICS

* Taking the current situation in a note, the global pandemic COVID19, is at its peak and it is responsible for more than millions of death across the world. even the highest in the USA.

* As per ethics, big pharma's should come forward in this disastrous situation and help out the country to combat this dangerous disease.

* But, as we see in this disastrous situation, pharmaceuticals are filling their pockets with raising the price of ordinary medicines, this makes the companies unethical.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PHARMA COMPANIES

* It is the due responsibility of pharma to ensure the countries health would be satisfactory.

* Big pharmaceutical companies should come forward and help out the ordinary people in combating diseases and be healthy.

* The price composition should be made accordingly, that even a common person can buy medicines.

* Country first should be the motto of companies, as they are part of the country and responsible for the benefit of the country, and not-self benifit.

From the above analysis, we can conclude that pharmaceutical companies are the lifeline of a country, their unethical gesture could be dangerous for the growth of a company.
