There are types of employees in an organization which are included under:

  • Good soldiers: These include the good employees which obey the rules and regulations in a company. They know how to handle the situations in conditions of crisis and adversity. They are honest , hardworking and patient with confidence, skills and precision to perform work in society. They have the capability to analyze the situation according to its merit and demerit in the society and in the prevalent work culture environment.
  • Loose canons: They have ethics for working in an job environment but they do not have a knowledge of the corporation skills required for performing work and dealing with businessmen in job profiling. They do not have knowledge to accomplish partnerships with business companies. They may have less experiance and may be less motivated and may have taken previous jobs in unrelated industries with unrelated fields of work not related to their educational status.
  • Grenades: They are those people who do not have an agenda in the company. They are not loyal to the company and need strict discipline. They have personal agenda and principles which are different from the job in which they are working.

CSR(Corporate social responsibility)

The pragmatic, ethical and strategic reasons for getting engaged in CSR include the investment of money and capital in the natural capital venture fund with incentives and profits for all the investors in the company. There will be return for everyone involved in the investment of shares in the company. The reasons for getting engaged in CSR includes:

  • there is an effective network of communication with development of strategies for manufacturing and selling of the products in the industries with partnerships.
  • Business creates employment on a large scale with opportunities for many people in the private and government sector in terms of professional experiances and expertise.
  • Earning profits by carefully investing in business partnerships and firms.
  • Analyzing and developing the rules and regulations with priority on the methodology for the implementation of marketing and manufacturing strategies covering all the sectors of the government.
  • It will be implemented at low costs without compromise in the quality sector.
