As a project manager, there are several responsibilities on you which will help the organization to grow more in the future and also to fulfill the organizational objectives. Scope in the organization is very crucial as it will tell you that how will you going to manage the things in the organization, are there any scope of those things or not. If there is scope then you can add your team members and can start working on it as a team. The unity of the team will help the organization fulfill its targets. Time is an important factor in the organization. You have to be punctual while performing any task. Complete your work on time is important and if you delay your work then it will going to affect the whole structure of the organization as well as the team with which you're with. Cost in the organization is undoubtedly very important as if the cost of the product is less then the organization will earn more profit and the team working in the organization sets the budget in which they work accordingly. They always try to have low costs and try to avoid useless expenses which can be very helpful for the organization later on.
