Solutions

Expert Solution

Both Dr. Milgram and Dr. Zimbardo,s experiments are valid from the point of view, and its proved that persons behave in different ways due to sheer pressure from the society. The period at which these experiments were conducted were very much suitable for the society to do those researches on that time. If we consider and compare these experiments with now , then it might not be suitable as the days have changed. But we cant neglect these experiments as these experiments are the mile stones for the further researches which are conducted nowadays.

In the recent years so many psychologists were putting the questions about Dr Milgram,s research , but in my opinion these experiments were conducted at the time of Nazi war criminals where obeying orders was the rules, so these experiments was conducted that time to measure the obidiencies and sheer social pressures. Same was the case of stanford prison experiments of 1871. Morally these experiments was not permissible but the time when these experiments were conducted was identical which makes some new milestones in psychological researches which we cant ignore at this point of time.
