Innovation – Innovation means developing new ways / new options/ new ideas for betterment of the current processes and products. These innovations can be supported by having the right quality data which help for effective analysis and investigation. Innovation is the way of improvements in the organization and these improvements results in better, cheaper and faster results for the organization.

Favor of Debate - Agree that innovation can be taught : I do agree that innovations can be taught. People can explore innovation after teaching to them. Many people who have understand the innovation after teaching and explored it multiple locations for the better cheaper and faster result in the organization as well as in their personal life. So it is true that innovation can be taught and people can explore innovation after successful teaching and learning.

Recommendations for teaching innovation are as below

• Arrange workshops for the people to understand the innovation methodology and its uses in work place.
• Organize learning and training programs on innovations so that employees can learn the concept and apply it in work place.
