.Is the customer, always right? Give an example to substantiate your answer.
The customer is always right is a slogan or a motto which is basically used in the market and the industry to denote the factor that all organisations work to provide the best facilities and services to the customer. They provide them high priority which would channelise high satisfaction among them and they would be retained and always coming back to your organisation to buy more. I believe that it's true to give the customer a high priority and importance but too much of a thing could make one exploit his/her rights and actions. Thus, customer is always right to some extent of his actions and every organisation should perform in the best operations to earn profits for themselves as well as provide utility to the customers as well. The best example of it could be studied by Amazon. Amazon being the largest online retail store has earned its name and performance because of high customer satisfaction it gives to its customer. Being it services, products, options, varieties etc, Amazon hasn't left any part of the market unexplored and always tries it best to provide the customer the best of the facilities even at this time of COVID-19 by providing door to door delivery of essential goods to take care of its customer. It is one good example that why it has become the largest company in the world because it serves quality to the customer.
