CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT
Customer is priority of any business :- Business is all based on customers.. what customers demands, is the what is made by the businessmen. Their needs , wants , demands is what a businessmen takes care of. Business is made up of customers.. Business runs on the basis of love and loyalty which it gets from its customers.
Unsatisfied one customer can lead to difficulty for the whole business. Any complaint from one customer can lead to fall of the goodwill of the business . With the excessive use of internet , social media , one complaint from a customer can leave business with a poor reputation. So pleasing and fulfiling the needs of the customer is mandatory. That's why business have a accept this moto that " Customer is always right."
Another point which sets this standard is a good after sale or customer service. Each and every customer matters for the business. Giving the customers the service to listen to their grievances . an opportunity for an effective communication is the best way to treat every customer as a king.
Customers are always ready to give the money for a product as they have a trust on a business .. so its the duty of the business to give solution to any problem which a customer faces.
Treating customers good , interacting with them , fulfilling their promises is profitable for a business . Customer interaction should never be taken as adversarial relationship. Treat customers as family. Customers are always right.
