1. NUMERIC PAIN RATING SCALE=It bis a unidimensional measure of pain intensity in adults.including those with chronic pain due to rheumatic diseases.score range from 0-10 points,with higher score indicating greater pain intensity. in this pain scale it does not capture the complexity and idiosyncratic nature of the pain experience or improvements due to symptom fluctuation.

• WONG-BAKER FACES PAIN RATING SCALE-it is developed for young patients to communicate how much pain they are feeling.0-is very happy,1-hurts just a little bit,2-hurts a little more,3-hurts even more,4-hurts a whole lot more,5-hurts as much as you can imagine.
• FACES PAIN SCALE-it is a selfreport measure of pain intensity developed for chilldren.score the sensation of pain on the widely accepected 0-10 metric.

2 physical interventions includes proper position given to the patient,it helps to relieve pain ,tension,discomfort.

intra venous opioids giving good pain management related to intraspinal the sideeffects relatively low like constipation only facing issue
