Personal leadership traits and agenda are action plans you take to develop the abilities and guide the direction of your life instead of letting time to decide your life path. You have a whole mission statement and values develop for yourself which guides you to achieve your goal.

The 5 leadership agenda and the associated behaviours one could wish to achieve are:

1. Set your life with Self discipline: Self discipline lets your life in balance. It helps you shape and carve your life in the manner where you enhance your personal growth and strengthen your core abilities to lead yourself and others positively in a disciplined and ehtical life.

2. Set your life with Integrity: Integrity talks about having principles of truth and honesty in your life. How can you expect to lead your life without being true to yourself as what you need. With integrity, you earn trust and respect of those around you.

3. Be Spiritual: Spirituality is a way of leading the life with a honest and personal set of morales and values which helps you follow the true path of life. It expresses our desire where and when we can find the meaning of life and how we can live life more than our personal fulfillment.

4. Have Open communication: The ability where you can effectively communicate with people in an honest, open and in a tactful manner is a skill that is very useful in every area. Power of leadership comes with a powerful communicator.

5. Always be Kind: And at last, being kind is a superpower itself. Be kind around yourself, people, resources and the nature which exists around you. Always understand your feelings and don't be too harm on yourself on others. Kindness is the key.
