4- Time required for usage/ practice of CBT is comparatively short.

5- There can be a fine comprehension of the negative thoughts.

6- Behaviours can be altered and constructive behaviours can be initiated and cultivated.

7- CBT happens to be instructive as well as corss cultural.

8- CBT is comparatively more organised and adaptive as well.

Drawbcaks of CBT's (Cognitive behavioural therapy)-

1- CBT is more time consuming.

2- CBT involves a two way facet. One has to be involved completely and practice it wholeheartedly for getting finer outcomes.

3- A bigger restlessness, inconvinience, discomfort and anxiety can reflect from CBT in the begining.

4- The deepest root reasons behind the disorders or the allied problems may not be understood as CBT focuses on the contemporary aspects only. Older reasons like disturbing childhood may not be analysed.

5- Learning difficulties may not be accommodated in CBT as the things tend to be very complex in nature.
