We gain our energy and nutrition from different kind of products, most of our food enables with carbohydrates, protein and fat so that we need to balance these nutrition in our daily food.

Thin people get their energy from the oxidation of carbohydrates like sugar and sweet foods but fat people get their energy from fats and proteins so that the level of sugar increase while thin people consume their carbohydrates in oxidation process to get energy.

The other thing with thin people is there BMI which help them to absorb more calories while extra calories to fat people can increase their BMI.

For instance, we can fill the empty vessel with water but if vessel is already filled we cannot fill it with more water. So that thin people get privileges without think about extra calories because they will not be overweight.

To solve this problem we must control our daily energy consumption, regular exercise, balanced diet and low calories food can give some space to take extra calories by snacks or sweet products.
