-Assess the patient's diet calorie intake in 24 hours and dietary
patterns.
- Teach patient relaxation and stress management.
-check the patient weight daily and advise to monitor the weight at
home daily.
- Advice the patient to increase physical activity.
- Teach the patient about the meal plans along with insulin intake
and advice for blood sugar checkup before meals.
