You are on a hiring committee for an attending physician at a major hospital in the United States. An upstanding, Anglo-Saxon doctor with more than 35 years on the job has passed away and it is your responsibility to fill the position. You have more than 50 resumes in your possession and some of them are from women and minorities. The hospital is dedicated to equal opportunities for all applicants, but you are unsure of how to apply this concept in this instance because no one seems to match up to the previous doctor. Every applicant is board certified, however, some attended “better” schools than others. Your assistant suggests you use the care ethic to emotionally connect to the life story of the applicants involved in order to determine the “short list.” You are unsure. In a minimum of 250 words, present an opinion on whether you should take life experiences into consideration when filling this position.

It is very significant that hiring right and deserve empolyee enhanced the the work culture and high employee moral , positive thinking and challenging committment definitely remarkable sign to sucesssfully lead the job.in this cases, we need to hiring a physician who would only have required qualification and also have experience in prespective field. There is attending all are very high qualified candidate as compared to required criteria but no one is match up with privious doctor qualification.so I should take life experience for selecting worthy candidates.i will give first priority to those who have work experience because it can be easily teach him about the work though does not have any criteria of privious doctor.experience will be more valuable because candidates has physically doing that types work.now I will framed some question are regading the criteria of job and asses their experience , opinion views and skill .I will analysis it on the basis of my experience.i have oftenly see that those employee who genuine practical experience are more productive and easily handle the task rathar than high qualification and even come form better school. So I shouldn't considered any life experience to filling the position .beacuse I don't find any authenticy on it.many people can make story ownself for emontionally attach and it's not much reliable.
