. What logistical issues are specific to working with students with special needs and how should a group leader attend to them? Actually logistical issues related to students are ttransport and its hazards which are sometimes harder for the students who needs special care. Group leaders generally are aware of those things and thus as a part of their responsibilities they remained always alert and take care of them by doing the best possible solutions for them . These issues of logistics are sensitive rather than difficult because the problems are with the childs and that too with special childs.

Regarding skills counsellors needs paatience and have to control the situations tactfully thus the child should never feel that they are insecured and always maintain a close watch on them to ensure that they are in free mood and have no problems. Counsellors with special education will be more compatible in these cases to handle. Though cares are always taken but still sometimes such situations may arise that issues are so serious , on that time it helps a lot to work with tactics.
