President Cyril Ramaphosa officially opened and addressed the first 4th Industrial Revolution SA - Digital Economy Summit. The Summit was hosted by the 4th Industrial Revolution South Africa partnership (4IRSA), an alliance between partners from the public and private sectors, academia and civil society. The 4IRSA partnership seeks to develop Human Resource practices that will enhance training and development in South Africa. Furthermore, the summit presented plans to develop training procedures that will be inclusive, coherent and responsive to the 4IR in the country. The president was quoted saying "Training programmes must allow learner's to be evaluated in the workplace after a period of approximately 6 months to determine whether their performance has improved and whether these improvement contributed to the achievement of objectives".

INTRODUCTION:

The study of training requirements is done at the organizational level in this situation. In order to improve training and development in South Africa, the 4IRSA has been created. 4IRSA also undertook to develop training and procedures to assimilate the 4th Industrial Revolution in the region. The needs analysis and the training programs at mass level are planned, and the aim is to improve the willingness of the entire South African community.

MAIN EXPLANATION:

The potential impact on the following of the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR):

Interactive TV classroom: 4IR in these classrooms will increase overall interaction. The use of bots and robots would increase the overall level of engagement and productivity of these schools. The robots can be designed to demonstrate how concepts are implemented in real life. It would have a bigger effect and increase the cognitive ability of the participants.

Distance learning: Distance learning programs can become monotonous. To smash the same thing in the remote research programs, 4IR will incorporate artificial intelligence. AI will assess the strength and excitement of the participants and then recommend the contents for the day. This can also increase the degree of contact.

Training based on the computer: Use of AI and gamification may have an effect on computer-based training. Content gamification helps sustain the degree of value for thousands of years in the training programme. AI will assist with the interactivity and effect of the whole system.

CONCLUSION:

The Chair acknowledges the criticality of the assessment of training and thus recommends that it must be carried out individually. This will help to evaluate the learner's education level more thoroughly. In addition, every 6 months the evaluation will be conducted. This helps to more concretely improve the impact of learning and training. The review of the training evaluation will lead to the detection of training deficiencies and the organization will provide improved steps to improve the overall learning and training cycle.
