Case study 1
Steve works for a software company in Los Angeles. His Company is his life. The job meets his personal goals and expectations perfectly, and Steve believes he has grown greatly as a person. His work is appreciated and it is recognized; he has received three promotions and many more pay increases. Steve also likes the Company itself. Although Steve is the oldest and only foreigner in a company, he has never felt like that. Moreover, Steve’s colleagues used to teach him English grammar that Steve didn’t know very well. His colleagues are his friends. They spend almost every weekend together fishing, having fun, or solving complex problems with their top manager. He has a great relationship with his manager. For example, they organized special training together for employees in IT, which was Steve’s expertise and his true love. Steve’s manager spends most of his time exchanging routine information and processing paperwork while writing software programs is a routine for Steve. When his Company got the reward “The Best Company 2018” by customers, Steve was very happy and proud, so he decided to design a special team building game as a mark of appreciation. Team Building game “Our Company– Our family” is the product of Steve’s imagination and creativity and positive personality traits.

John Hashop, director at Fly High Regional Flight Company, stared at a wall in his office. It was yet another day filled with complaints from his workers, especially flight attendants, mostly centered around their compensation. For the last few weeks, he had been nagged with worries about the effectiveness of the management system, which had been implemented under his leadership over the last year. He knew that discontent was brewing among them, especially, the modification of the special incentive scheme, which was designed to boost productivity, seemed to be a sore point. He had been thinking about what could be done to keep the flight attendants motivated and satisfied.
