According to me, if women are in leadership then there is no menace to men because every gender has its own qualities and it displays in its own unique manner. There is an opportunity for both the genders to display their skills and talent in a more efficient and different manner. Thus instead of menace, it should be considered as a positive competition. There must not be any type of negative thoughts running through the minds of any gender.

Actually leadership is an art and anyone who can perform the functions of a leader in the best manner should be assigned the role of a leader whether the person is male or female. The main focus of every organization is to achieve the goals and objectives and the person who is in the leadership role can be of any gender. Therefore if in any organization any female is being assigned the role of a leader then there must not be any problem to anyone because women are not menace to men. If men can perform the leadership role in a better manner then they will be assigned this role. In such a situation women won't think that men in leadership are menace to women. It is just a matter of thinking and everyone should understand that doing leadership is an art and everyone cannot handle this job. Leadership requires a person to have certain skills and qualities and the person whether men or women who are having the necessary required skills to become a leader should be selected for this role.

Even in many organizations, we have seen that women are being assigned the leadership role and they perform their duty in a very proper manner and all the subordinates follow the leader very sincerely. Also, many organizations have been able to achieve success due to the leadership skills shown by various women. Therefore such thoughts should not run in the minds of anyone that women in leadership are menace to men. It doesn't matter who is the leader whether men or women. The main thing that matters is whatever goal is being decided by an organization is that achieved or not. It would be a total waste of time and energy if management thinks about which gender should be given the leadership role. This would be absolutely wrong way of thinking. In an organization, there are many activities to be performed and for the proper implementation of those activities, there is a requirement of an intelligent leader. For selecting the leader, the management has to just focus on the person who has the necessary skills and abilities to perform the role of a leader. The management never thinks of any difference between the male or female. The organization only wants to get its goals achieved within a specified period of time.

As per my explanation, I would say that we will have to get rid of such thinking that women in leadership are a menace to men. We should take each and everything quite positively and should focus only on the achievement of goals. It really doesn't matter which gender is being assigned the role of a leader.
