The economic inequality is a serious topic in the present scenario of business sectors.In world,the men tends to earn more income than women eventhough they are doing the same work. In a firm, for the senior positions the womens are underrepresented while in case of low paying jobs they are overrepresented. This all have to be changed ,men and women should have equal opportunities in every matter. In many countries the man power rules over the land and assets than women.

Nowadays when we analyses the situations changes are many when compared to the decades ago. When we look at the policy makers,academics or economic students womens are in the leading role ie;womens are at the helm of economy. In most of the countries women work more than men and they get equal manner of wage. The gender inequality is strongly links with the income inequality despite of time and countries of all categories of income group.

The three important reasons showing the relationship between gender inequality and income inequality are,

• The wage gap in gender will directly leads to income gap
• Womens are more intrested or forced to work in the informal sector which having very low earnings and it widens the gender earning gap which increases income inequality.
• Inequality of opportunities such as,

1. Discrimination in education level
2. Health services
3. Financial matters etc.
