  • Create open Environment: A firm can show good performance and achieve success if it creates an open environment. All the employees are open to share their opinions, come up with new ideas and contribute towards the overall progress of the company. Leaders would discuss and chit chat with their subordinates during tea and lunch time. An open book would be kept for all employees disposal where they can share their opinions.
  • Work/ Life Balance : It is mandate to have a work life balance and thus the employees can contribute much and work in a dedicated way. Few tips would be shared by the leaders on a monthly basis on work life balance. The employee who is able to achieve the work life balance in the best way in an organization would be highlighted.Seminars would be conducted on work-life balance.
  • Leadership Development Program : Leader should see to it that he is able to build leaders under hime and being given them the full freedom to implemnet the new initiatives and shine himself. Leadershipdevelopment programs in association with certain universities should be organized and employees and encourages to enroll for the same.
  • Build the workplace appropriate for Women : Appropriate workplace environment should be created for women. Flexible working hours, no night shifts, no late night stay, day care facility for their babies, child care point in the campus and programs should be conducted for women empowerment should be done in order to put the women's life at ease in the company.
  • Team Building activities: Team building activities should be conducted to ignite team spirit amongst the employees. Outbound trip for the team, birthday celebrations, team outings, Team lunch and dinner should be organized to build up team spirit in the company.
