In the essay "Beholding", the author spends a good deal of time discussing different perspectives on staring, visual activism, etc. Please describe a time when you were "beheld" and how that interaction changed you. (These do not have to be negative experiences.....feel free to share a positive one if you'd like.)
When I am in beholding time or observing on the particular topic my mindset is on that particular topic. I focus on what I am looking for and it puss me to go on. It gives me a desire to observe carefully and make me to understand what I am not knowing before. It takes me into a deeper understanding and motivated me a lots. It is depends on the particular topic what I am beholding. It can also gives me a strength to stand while I am feel down, if I am on the topic of motivation.
It can change one's life from the earlier days. You know, while I was in the time of childhood, I thought and felt that, I won't be become a person that I am having right now. Because I used to be a failure in every situations and I am very different among my siblings and my knowledge is not mature enough according to my physical growth. Then, I started my college days and learn to motivate my own self, I came to know my power to go on. I did study on the people who are successful and famous. How did they overcome the situations i.e. hard times in their early life. Because I heard every people have difficulties in the journey of life. So, I started to think about my own life and be began to change my way. Its all because of beholding a time to motivate my own life.
