National associations should set up rehabilitation centers for the athletes and having a good physiotherapist at the center. These associations should provide proper training rooms where athletes can train and work on their physical fitness. Association should make sure that athletes are having proper rest and nutritious food. They should provide good trainers so that athletes can work on their strength and mobility.
