I wish to start customized had made card business. This is my professional goal to set up a handmade card startup. The focus will be to have inventory of atleast 30 handmade cards for selling and the aim will be focus on selling atleast 5 cards every week.
The focus will be given on building customer relationship. The tools like mouth referrals, and local networking will be used.
The goal will be the grow the business.
Specific factor will be acquiring atleast three clients for the business.
Measurable factor will focus on measuring the progress and this will be done by maintaining the current client base and exploring how many clients have been brought.
Attainable factor will focus on asking the present clients for referrals. There will be social media marketing launched and there will be network for local business.
The relevant factor will focus on adding clients to the business and this will focus on growing business and the revenue will be increased
