Imagine this scenario:
You and your coworker were both up for promotion; however, you received the promotion and your coworker did not.
How would you write an email using an indirect negative message.
So, basically in this scenario, my co-worker's name is Rishabh. So I am writing an email to him to mention the points why he couldn't receive the promotion.
From: [email protected]
Subject: re-directions in relation to promotion.
Composed mail:
Hy Rishabh, I hope you are doing great. Thank you for your warm wishes. I have been working really hard from 3 months for the promotion, I am glad my hard work showed up greatly.
Being your well-wisher and team person, I want to draw your attention to the few mistakes you made while working on the recent project, that resisted your promotion.
You are, undoubtedly one of the capable and skilled team members of our project but because of certain careless activities of yours, draws attention to the negative points. To have a good start for a day, be disciplined about the time you enter the office. Don't be late, you might come easily in the boss's eyes. Stay focused and give your 100% to the work assigned to you, as skills and capability show up when you are focused. To be independent and taking initiative is quite important to be a leader. Start doing these small things, I am sure you will get promoted very soon by earning it. You deserve this promotion, you just have to earn it like I did.
All the best for your future buddy.
I hope these few points help you evolve.
Thank you.
