One of the prime reason behind the changes in the skill and training overtime can be seen as the organizations try to receive the benefits or advantages by having an employee who has the specialization in the areas of effectively managing the technological changes, manpower management, completion of projects on time and who can be a person having good interpersonal skills and can make a strong relationship with both the internal and external partners who are involved in any kind of project. In my opinion, this is very effective and a positive signal for the organizations as it will facilitate the organizations to manager funds, money and time effectively so that he profitability of the firms can be improved, communication can be made free of restrictions and all the employees can interact with each other freely.

In my opinion, I will look to hire a more experienced Project Manager who has the rich experience of managing the organizational changes and can manage the changes which are about to be initiated in my organization. This will help the project managers can be made to be with the organization particularly during the completion of the projects and they can also be quite helpful if providing training to the manpower of the organization on the effective business practices which can be cost-saving methods for the organization in long run.
