THere has been many influential leaders in the world in every possible field we can imagine, ranging from politics to corporates. We will today consider the case of a very famous leader, Steve Jobs.
Steve Jobs happens to be one of the most influential leaders of all time. Steve jobs has a vision for the future and that sheer will and belief in the vision which steve jobs had led him to found one of the most prolific tech companies in the world, Apple. It was because of the leadership of Steve Jobs Apple could devise the products in a way to not compromise on quality even for a bit. This led to the creation of Apple products that are known worldwide for their superior quality which is hard to match. Hence, because of the visionary leadership of Steve Jobs it was possible to make Apple the brand it is today.
Steve Jobs was a transformational leader with a great vision. Thus it made Steve a person perfect to envision the future and be ready with the products of the future. The smaller organizations with a more horizontal structure will have more stronger degree of human relations because of the work culture that promotes more interaction among employees to keep the work culture more innovative and healthier.
