Specialty contractor is a contractor having a special skillsets required to complete a specific task, project or development based on the specialized trade or craft involved.
They are armed with special skills and a good expertise in the fields or subjects of art, science, technology, construction and project management. They ensure proper management, execution, implementation and maintenance of projects in accordance with the standards of their trade. They may also hire subcontractors or use their own employees for various specialty tasks.

2. How much time does vendor requires to respond to dynamic unplanned requirements?
3. Does the vendor has their own products/equipment/service resources that it sells or it is procured from third party contractor?
4. Why should we choose your business over other competitors?
5. Is there any pending acquisition with your company? If yes then how will this alter your business model?
6. Does your company have any legal constraints or issues that affect the performance of your products/services?
7. Can you provide a detailed plan for implementation with timelines?
8. How will you monitor and control performance and the progress of the project?
9. What are your plans to solve the descrepancy in requisition and delivery?
10. Will there be any provision for trial period/ sample products before long term contract?
