Self-assessment helps students to pause, think, reflect and
evaluate our abilities to learn and what can be improved. Taking
time to self-reflect is something that students should make a
practice of doing regularly. It helps them learn what makes their
learning easy and what can be changed in order to ensure a better
learning process. Keeping track of such self-assessments will help
the student to analyze their growth graph over time. This can help
them identify what helps and what doesn't when trying out training
strategies.
