Every individual regardless of their gender identity must have the freedom to choose their jobs taken into consideration that their jobs are not something which is hurting others. Por*n industry is a widely distributed industry having a high range of actors and actresses all over the world and most of them are working there by their own choice.
I don't think it is justified to deny a woman some jobs just because she was a por*nstar once. Her being a por*nstar was completely her own choice and that is a legal job. Now, there are certain areas where giving jobs to a por*nstar might lead to certain problems. For example, if a woman who was a por*nstar starts working as a counselor then there are high chances that clients who knew her from por*ns may get distracted and the healing process may not happen properly. In these areas where there are elements of interaction with other's and distraction to these interactions may interrupt the process, jobs might be justifiably denied. Being said that there are various other jobs where these kinds of distractions won't be an interruption to the process like a bank, and there jobs must be provided and denying jobs to these women is not justified. Thus, I guess the recruiters must not deny these women jobs just because they were por*nstars but must help them in getting those jobs where they can excel and where there public image won't be a distraction. Finally, jobs in acting industry is highly suitable for these women and denying those jobs are again just not justified.
