SMART techniques of the MSK hospital:

1. Specific: Their is a key management behavior in transportation of the Patient and family from the Hospital to the Accomodation and from accomodation to the Hospital within the area or some specified place (Distance to cover)near to Hospital. Good alignment is achieved by specific planning, , cross funstional activities , communication between the staff , scheduling the transportation services. etc

2. Measurable: it isthe tool to evaluate the performance and satisfactory levels of the patient , their family members and the visitors.it helps in provide the Result to improve the transportation services .

3. Attainable; The staff, drivers, or members to coordinate are involves to ensure the attainable of their objectives like on time saving, convinience and security.

4. Relevant : the Staying of Family and patient are closely connected to the OPD. so that in case of emergency, the transportation faciities helps a lot to admit the patient and even convinient to family.

5. Time bound: the facility is operate in some specified time intervals on daily basis . So that the patient may in advanse book the service of shuttle.

Example: in max super speciality, the international patient or domestic patients who come from outside are given the Shuttle services of TO and From accomodation or staying place with the given distance of the hospital. These helps the patients feel secure, convenient etc.
