Solutions

Expert Solution

Newton's universal laws of motion:

1) Law of inertia: Every body remains in a state of rest or uniform motion unless and until an external force is acted on it.

2) Second law : Acceleration is produced when force acts on a mass. The greater the mass of the body greater is The force required to accelerate it.

3) Third law: For every action there is equal and opposite reaction.

Newton's universal Gravitation law: It states that every point mass attracts every single other point mass, by a force pointing along the line intersecting both the point mass.

By equation it is given by . F=G m1 m2/ r2.

2) premium model: According to this Earth is at the center and all the celestial objects revolves around it.

3)Copernicus model: According to this model sun is the center and all the celestial objects like planets and other celestial objects revolve around the sun. It is heliocentric.

4) There are Kepler 3 law's

a)1 law:Law of orbits - All planets move in elliptical orbit with the sun at one focus.

b) 2 law:law of areas: According to this law ,A line that connects a planet to the Sun sweeps out equal area in equal time.

C)3 law: law of periods : The square of the period of any planet is proportional to cube of the terminator axis of its orbit.
