Customers and end users utilize these free samples to taste and feel the services experiences as well as quality of products.  

Companies like P& G, Amazon, Google, Unilever etc. are developing new and unique features in offering freebies. P& G has its own web rewardme which attract new customers by offering them free sachets of Olay cream, dove shop and Gillette products. Similarly, other companies are also giving coupon codes and cashback offers. In this , companies are attracting and retaining end users.

As compared to physical environment, freebies at online retailers or companies are more relevant because it can be utilized by specific customers or users which have online registration or authentication codes . In physical world , dealers, wholesalers etc. itself utilize the freebies or they offer the same to their close people or only to close business partners.
