In the list of services and products, the basic necessity related services and products are most important.because without them the life will get harder to live. And basic necessity related products and services should be tax free.

But the desirable things are least important because they indicate that people have enough sources to live that why they want to spent on luxury and enjoy.

I want to add internet in the list. Because this era's most creative things are available on internet. And the books, study related videos etc available on internet. All the knowledgeable content that is available on internet should be cost free because of the educational purpose. I choosed this service because this is part of education and all form of education should be free.

Yes the pandemic played a role in my answer because I realize the importance of basic necessities and online education in this time.
