Tesla is headed by a charasmatic CEO : Elon Musk and his great vision to produce affordable and high quality electric vehicles. Tesla has a  unique business model that integrates aspects of being an auto-maker, a hardware supplier, and a tech company.Tesla did not invent the electric car but Tesla did invent was a successful business model for bringing compelling electric cars to the market. The stratergy was building a network of charging stations to solve one of the biggest issue  for the adoption of electric vehicles – refueling on long trips. Tesla’s unique business model, of including the control over all sales and service, is one of the reasons its stock has soared since its initial public offering.

The company has a stratergy of direct sales , which focuses on company owned showroom and galleries to sell the cars than franchised showrooms in the urban centres. This will help them to have a better and fast paced product development and also create a customer experience. It aslo has tesla employed sales and service staffs.Including the showrooms, Service Plus centers (a combination of retail and service center), and service facilities, Tesla has 429 locations around the world as of the end of Q4 2019.

Tesla has partnered the sales centers with service centers. They believe that opening a service center in a new area corresponds with increased customer demand. Customers can charge or service their vehicles at the service centers or sales centre. Also, in certain areas, Tesla employs what it calls Tesla Rangers – mobile technicians who can service vehicles from your house.

They also created a network of supercharge where the car can be charged to full within 30 minutes. Tesla sells powertrain systems and components to other auto manufacturers.it also introduced a line of home batteries, called the Powerwall, that serve as energy storage systems in homes or businesses. Tesla has also made use of Internet sales—consumers can customize and purchase a Tesla online.

The main thing about tesla that it focuses blindly on future and how the world needs to go into green revolution. The rise of awareness of global warmig has helped people understand that they need to adapt to this kind of green and elctric cars in order to stop emission of pollution.

The main resources is that it needs lithium to make batteries. Currently they are obtaining it from levanda and new mexico. It's impossible to overstate the importance of lithium to Tesla's future, if there is a shortage of lithium it means not enough batteries and could damage their business globally.Lithium mines are a critical piece of that vision.
