Tesla Inc is a Company which was founded in 2003 by the group of Engineers who were having the great plan to initiate and introduce fuel less vehicles having Zero emission future - ELECTRIC VEHICLES.

Let's Go through each of the below point in detail to understand this Company prospect.

a) Learning and growth Prespective:

Having the idea to enter into diversified field of technology, Tesla Inc came up with first ever premium electric Sedan - Model S which lured the market and proved to be best car in the world in 21st Century wIith great efficiency, the air software update which grown better overtime and made a record of 0.60 mph, acceleration time of 2.28 seconds measured by Motar trend.

It further expended its business by introducing Model X and Model 3 into the market in nearly 2016 and 2017 respectivily, which holds 5 star rating for safety and at competitive lesser cost which might be caused usually in fuel based vehicles.

It's production plan is about to increase to a rate of 500,000 vehicles a year in 2018.

b) Information System Capabilities:

They have developed a purpose built electric power strain to deliver the performance objective of the Tesla Roadster and their planned future vehicles.These days automobile manufacturers are at crossroads and face Significant Industry wide challenges. The reliance on the fuel based power engines has forced the world to import the fuels from foreign nations and a higher cost to consumers.

They do have a long term vision that this way of shifting the consumer preferences and attracting the Government regulations and incentives will automatically lead to significanat growth of electric vehicles in the Market.

c) Employee Capabilities:

They are having the proper system to recruit, hire and train skilled employees including employees at production line. They provide the neccessary traning and spent alot for their enhancement.

Tesla's Organisational structure encourgae its workforce to find the solution that makes its buisness stand out in the industry and encourage them to innovate to support continues improvement.

They maintain the human resource capabilities important in its growth in the global market and this way they optimizes employees to achieve creative and innovative behaviors which is important to maintain the technological innovation which ultimately forms the part Company's Foundation.

d) Employee motivation:

The Organisation that creates the opportunities for innovation is an encouragement for the employees to generate new ideas and solutions. This type of culture motivates the employees to develop profitable solutions to current and emerging problems. Employees feels motivated in following ways:

1. Do the impossible - They ensures their employees think out of the box, emphasizes the benefits of considering unconventional ways. This condition opens up new opportunities for Tesla's Growth.

2. Incentives: Managers motivate employees to contribute to constant growth and innovating in business output through neccessary incentives.

Tesla's Roadmap drawn up by Musk, was straightforward. The company wanted to create an exciting electric car first. The entire interior of Tesla car is oraganised around a large touchscreen that cotrols almost all vehicle function.

Nobody has in automobile industry has put this much bigger screen like Tesla in the car.
