The continous quality improvement mainly focuses on increasing the efficiency and reducing the waste. It enables to reduce the cost by meeting the customer's level of demand under the regulations. It is an ongoing process where the evaluation of the performance of the organization is being performed to improve the process. The cost can be managed through the CQI as it enahnces the quality, increasing the customer's satisfaction rate. The work flow leads to maintenance of the cost.
