Top management support is very important for any IT project successful completion. Top management support means that the top management is concerned about the project and that they will do all that is required to ensure that the projects get completed with quality and within timeline. The management asses the cost and labour the project would require and the benefit that it will have on business by delivering it to clients. They ensure that the team works efficiently and how do they do this is by making sure that everyone works and their issues are resolved at time and that there are no delays in taking approvals for any matter connected to the project and that works are always reviewed at each interval or from time to time so that even if there is minor mistakes the same can be corrected so the projects gets completed in time. The employees’ moral is also high and seeing the top management support, they feel more enthusiastic and devoted and that they work tirelessly to deliver it.

They from time to time arranges for meetings and listens and understands the technicalities and constrains that are involved try to mitigate it. IT projects needs employees to be creative, attentive and hardworking so that they can come out with solution and project is being done in the diligent manner.
