On the current interdependence of nation and quick transmission of pandemic from one nation to other. Hence the people movement during and after the crisis should focus on mobilizing resources and made available to marginal section of society. The poor people are worse hited by the covid 19. Hence there is need for destructuring our health and economic system. Set an emergency situation there is a great need of cooperation among the people. Hands the moment suit focus on building trust and confidence in the the society with better hope. We need to learn from the pandemic and make our organisation competent enough to suppress it. In this panic situation society should work in a cooperative manner and builder intersectional and inter regional understanding of the global challenge like climate change. It shows the importance of society in the business place, it create a moment of ethical or moral norms to be practiced. it is better to organise in a diversified manner which build trust across the identity group.
