Human resource managment has many types of stress which depends on person to person.Stress is a mental or physical response which causes tension or stress to a particular.when a person expects more than what he actually deserves which he thinks is beyond his capabilites that creates mental stress.there are chances a person can break this internally or externally if not handled properly. A person can gets stress when the work load increases on him and then he can fullfill the requirement then he starts blamming that he is overloaded with work.
There are types of human resource managment.
As a new fresher or employee work with dedication and take the overload of work in the fear that he will loss the job insead of being incapable that creates him stress.
The person who is employee for less than 1 year is always compared with the other worker even thats create mental stress.
The person who is an employee for 4-5 years wants to ges married and settle down is menatlly stress.
More experienced employees are stress as more experience and less concentration
One can tackle this human resource by effective communication as if a boss criticize something or he shouts for any work not done properly do not give immedate response or ignore just wait for the time listen the communication and if you cannot understand then reply to the communication when evrything cools down.immediate response may make things worse.
Even laughter can help to reduce stress.
Swot analysis can help the person to know about his capabilites and skill level.
Planning on time managment helps to reduce stress.
Employee should even make a friend to reduce stress by discussion about what he is going through and then ask him hw to dealt wit it if he woukd be into our place.
An employee should not take stress if he expected that he will get promotion and if he didnt get he should not lose hope nor take it personally he should not think that he is not talented enough in other ways he should understand that if he didnt got promoted it will be because of companies selection criteria.
One should always love oneself he should be positive and happy while going to work do things what you like,get up early in morning,go for a walk,listen music.Plan evrything befor you wok and then implement.Dont work during coffee breaks or lunch.Instead of coffee opt for juices as juices help to get hydrated soft drinks add to stress as it dont keep you hydreated all day, you should make a stress jouurnal to identify your stress in life Taking a note of what caused you stress helps you dealt with stress.
Even human resource managment can help you dealt with it with various measures in the organisation
They can keep a grievance meeting oncein a month for all the employees and employees can share what they didnt like,what stressed them regarding all what they faced during a month and others can provide it with a solution and even the company should try to alter the things which causes an employee to stress.
