Let me write name of some courthouse actors and their roles, these are as stated below:

• Judge is considered one of the important actors in courthouse, Judge does Judgment and takes decision related to verdict, judge furthers rules and decides over issues of a legislation and take decision making role in the trial.
• In a trial or courthouse, we can see that Plaintiff brings law suit, they can present themselves or they can hire attorney to present themselves. They are actually looking for judgment and they have brought legal case as for further trial.
• We also can find opposite party, where, Defendant will act against the plaintiff, defendant usually attacked by the plaintiff, here, Defendant can hire attorney for representing purpose.
• Ordinary citizens come together and form as Jury, they help to bring all the evidence as required for this trial and they bring such in fully unbiased process. With the help of evidence, we can build verdict. Such Jury would be needed both in criminal and civil trials.
• Prosecutor can be considered as attorney from Government side, here, a person gets accused and taken into trial as that person has broken some law.
• Court reporter also called as stenographer, who will record entire things in the courthouse, basically they will record entire court event. Party wants to receive any transcript of the trial, they can contact court reporter and they can reveal such transcript information. Higher court also takes information from court reporter.
