During that period, all the nursery schools will be inspected to ensure that they are clean, sterilized, and meet safety conditions. In your message, be sure to inform parents about the measures that they could take in order to keep themselves and their children safe: wash their hands frequently; maintain social distance (at least 1 meter distance between themselves and anyone who is coughing); avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth; practice respiratory hygiene; stay informed and follow advice; and stay home if they feel unwell.

Dear Staffs and Parents,

This is with reference to the announcement from Minister of Education, regarding the closure of all nurseries across UAE for 14 days from March 15 due to Covid-19 outbreak. The Health and Safety of our Children and Staffs being our top priority, as a precautionary measure, we are closing all the nursery schools of Early Childhood Education Center(ECEC) at Zayed University for 14 days form March 15. During that period, all the nursery schools will be inspected to ensure that they are clean, sterilized, and meet safety conditions.

Also we hereby request all the parents to take below preventive measures, so that you could keep yourselves and your children safe:

• Practice respiratory hygiene
• Stay informed and follow advice
